The location is close to the beach, with a nice terrace to hang out. The rooms were very good, with only a fan and cold with air conditioning if you wanted it! Mini kitchen in the room, place to hang clothes, hot water (yay!) Table and comfortable bed. The host Deborah was wonderful! Friendly, helpful and cheerful :)

The location one block from the beach and in front of the best restaurants in Puerto Morelos. The common area is very flirtatious and you want to chat with friends, you can have a beautiful view of the sea. Small but very practical parking. The internet works fine. And finally the price was great.

Location location. Very personable and lovely Italian lady manager. The room was squickly clean and so well equipped though we didnt use kitchen nor utensils due to variety of good restaurants. Loved the cozy bathroom. Excellent bed, sheets and pillows. All seemed white and new.

The house itself is absolutely beautiful, especially the roof terrace with its hammock, pool and sea views. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location could not be better ... it is a few steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
